I been wanting to do an animated video for a while and with the evil dead remake movie coming out i though i would pay tribute to it. I used a mixture of hand drawings clay sculptures and 3d space in after effects, this was my first time animating in after effects.

Fundraising To Produce Indie Horror Film

NORTH BAY, ON (DEC. 17, 2012) Weekday Cocktails Films has set out to start filming and producing their first full length feature film, A dark horror comedy called “Where Our Shadows Lie”. The film will be shot, edited and released completely in North Bay. Where Our Shadows Lie is about a group of friends mixed up with a demon that can move from person to person through their shadows, making them turn against each other. Writers Travis Tiernay and Shawn Fitzmaurice have completed the script and lined up crew and talent for the film but need the help of the public to get this production off the ground. The group has started a campaign on IndieGogo, a crowdsourcing web site, where people can help the project by donating what they can in order to help fund the film. Continue reading →
